Sunridge Motel

Its a nice quiet set of apartments, the manager is awesome really nice and Mrs. Butters her dog. Pet friendly so drive slow because some of the cats sunbathe on the parking lot and don't be alarmed if you come out to see your car has a new and live emblem on the hood of your car. They like to feel the warmth of the engine I think and look majestic.

Looks could be deceiving on the outside but in the inside it's a very well kept clean and maintained hotel very nice to stay at for a night or two management is pleasant and the maintenance man there is my uncle mike

These are apartments now, it was a motel a long time ago but has since been converted into a small apartment community. I know several tenants that live here including the wonderful manager on property, Nikki. There's a parking slot for each unit, not sure if there's a cost for it. There's not much guess parking and becareful not to park in a spot that belongs to a tenat. There is a laundry room facility with serveral coin operated washers and dryers w/ folding counter for your needs and a garbage can. These apartments and the tenants and manager are PRO PETS, PET FRIENDLY AND WELCOME. Not sure if there's a pet deposit or pet rent. These are studio, 1 and just a few 2 bedroom units. The larger units have had the tenants there for years, these units don't come available often. I'm not sure

Is under new management. Cats and dogs are welcome. Convienienly located right off 99 and close to many stores for shopping and you can grab a metro or swift bus to get you to your desired destinations. Many bus many routes

This is not a motel it is studio apartment people rent with a least .. It is peoples homes Not a motel..
