La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Lynnwood

Needed convenient respite from extended trips to UW Medicine NW hospital, this location was perfect. Property looked recently renovated, well maintained and was right across from the I-5 SB entrance and lightrail station. Room was clean, quiet, had very comfortable beds and ice cold mini fridge. Ample complimentary parking and hot breakfast (coffee, biscuits n gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, mini muffins). Gym, indoor pool and hot tub also available. Right next to a sushi bar and just few minutes drive away from plenty of other dining options and amenities (mall, theater, dave busters, grocery stores, h-mart, costco). My new favorite hotel! Very clean and well maintained making it feel like a new motel. I asked and they have been open for a while hah. I really enjoyed the complimentary dove soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The bed had a very soft blanket. Complimentary breakfast had many options with a very large dining area. There was a nice sized pool AND a Jacuzzi both handicapped accessible if needed which I thought was cool! Best part for me was that they are pet friendly :) they are also very close to many restaurants and stores as well as the link light rail.

This is the second time we've stayed here. We came to Seattle for the Mariners/Blue Jays ALCS games, and this hotel was the perfect stay. It was about 25 minutes to downtown, and it was nice to be a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. Super close to the Lynwood mall and other shopping. The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was included, and it offered a wide variety of delicious food. Thank you!!

Positive: The Cleanliness was immaculate and polite staff . Loved the pool ! Negative: The TV reception was terrible ! Some times the channels would not change . No one showed us at first how to work the remote even after asking . We had 2 days with no TV.

Good: The room is spacious. Bed and mattress is comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of parking near the hotel. Convenient location near several restaurants, Trader Joe, gas stations, highway. Quick check in and out process. Continental breakfast that I personally did not take advantage of. Needs improvement: The carpet in the room is a bit dated, and I would preferred another surface for the sake of cleanliness. The shower stall and washroom is a bit dated. The soundproofing needs a bit more work. For instance, I can hear kids running down the hallway and door slamming especially at night. The toilet flush is also extremely loud, especially at night.
