Stayed here for one night during the first summer of COVID on my bikepacking trip from Charleston to New Orleans. The room itself was of decent quality, with a comfortably large bed. Bathroom was clean and there was ample space for me in the room. What grinded my gears was the worker roaming the lobby at checkout (that I only can assume was the manager of the place) who had a big problem with me bringing my bike into the lobby. He immediately raised his voice and told me that the bike had to be removed from the lobby. Not sure if he was overly concerned with the aesthetic inside and wanting to present a certain image or associated the bike with someone as lower class. Either way, I was especially put off this interaction. The female receptionist, by the way, was kind. Don't treat people as

I had such a great experience at the Extended Stay America in Savannah Midtown! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed, it really made a difference in my stay.||My room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained. The hotel is also in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to the historic district.||For the price, you honestly can’t beat the value. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Savannah. Highly recommend!

Overcharged for the services. Not worth the $372+. Smells alot like **** when you walk in. Also, breakfast is horrible!! You get a high calorie muffin, packaged oatmeal, and coffee. Room has a weird smell. We didin't find no weird insects. But the place looks like somewhere the homeless stay... Lots of smokers. Don't reccomend if your not in a budget.

Negative zero! The 1st room was filthy! The counter was dirty. Looked like it was never wiped down. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks and the rug hadn't been vacuumed. The tub had hair in it and it had what looked like kitty liter in the bed. They were nice enough to accommodate us to another room which was a nice gesture. The 2nd room, rug not vacuumed either, little roaches under the counter, counter not any better and the floor was filthy with hair and dirt. The reclining chair looked like a tiger ripped it on the surface. The pictures online are at least 20 years old per maintenance man. Very, very disappointing especially when you are staying because you have a loved one in the hospital and you are from our of town. Thank goodness we found another hotel even t

DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband and I drove down to Florida for a 3 week vacation. November 30th we stayed overnight in Jacksonville, and this was our first experience with an ESA Hotel. I was super impressed, decided from now on we'll only stay at ESA Hotels, and I downloaded the app. The next morning, we left for our airbnb down in Fort Lauderdale, and when prompted, I gave them a 5 star review. WELL, traveling back up north was a totally different experience. We stayed at ESA Savannah Midtown on December 18th. As soon as we walked in the room, there was a dying cockroach on his back with legs still moving. Dirt and hair along the baseboards and in every corner. A very visible bobby pin on the floor right outside the bathroom. It was very late and we had our senior dog with us, so we prop
