Staff members were amazing and extremely supportive of my needs. They went above and beyond to accommodate my stay with professionalism and a superb attitude that is contagious. I extended my stay three times because of the great clean environment they provided. Quiet and pleasant makes it worthy of my return soon.

Positive: Nothing. The first room given wasn't cleaned. Towels and trash everywhere. The 2nd room refrigerator was leaking water. The restroom air vent didn't work Trash cans hard to find. Very few trash cans in room. Vending machine not working. Negative: Didn't like anything about this hotel

Week 3 of staying here until I find an apartment. Front Desk staff is amazing, housekeeping is great. It is so clean, the cleanest place I've been in Texas thus far. Job well done!

I arrived at 1:00 a.m. I was told that I am late to check in and they might not be able to do it. As a first-time guest, that is not really what you want to hear after a long day of traveling, a hotel is supposed to be a place to rest. His introduction to me was yes? He did not even say hello. Besides him being unprofessional, he was not accommodating at all. He then after 30 minutes got me into the room. He did not even tell me to enjoy my stay. My suggestion, if you do not like your job find another one and I don't think hospitality is his future in any way shape or form. The room was a bit outdated but for the price it was fairly decent. Their breakfast are basically some protein bars, orangee and coffee. Nit impressed at all

I wanted to post a better review for this place, however from the time I walked in there were issues. Theron first night I walked into my room on the first floor there was so much dirt I could not take my shoes off. Upon asking the front desk I was told “we’re in construction.” No one was eager to clean the room or help me out. So I had to sweep the room at 1AM so I could take my shoes off and settle in. I was sick throughout my stay and when asked if someone could change my sheets I was told they were “too busy.” I asked three different times and no one ever changed them. The dishes that I requested from the front desk that were said to be sanitized were gross and embedded with other people’s food. These were clearly not washed. I found mold under both of the sinks in my room. I was with
