We stayed here for two weeks with our very nervous pup, and the experience was wonderful! Tiffany was absolutely amazing with him (and with us!) — so kind, patient, and understanding. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. Service was great too — whenever we needed fresh towels or bedding, they were so prompt and helpful. We’re really grateful for how comfortable and stress-free our stay was. Highly recommend! 🐾❤️

My experience at Extended Stay America on South Miami Boulevard was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the new general manager, who was absolutely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Chad would never. Instead of showing basic courtesy or a willingness to help, the general manager D was his name spoke to me in a condescending tone and showed no empathy or respect. As a paying guest, I expected at least professionalism, but I was made to feel uncomfortable and unheard. I stayed one night at 4919 S. Miami Blvd and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After checking in, I was later asked to leave. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled by the general manager, Dennis. His tone was unprofessional and dismissive. He rolled his eyes, snapped during conversation, and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and confrontational. As a paying guest, I expected calm and professional communication, even if there was an issue that needed to be addressed. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
