Extended Stay America Suites- Raleigh - Midtown

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Extended Stay America, located on Wake Towne drive in Raleigh, and a big part of that is because of the front desk associate Chanik. From the moment we reserved our room, she has been incredibly kind and welcoming to my husband and me. She always greets us with a genuine smile and has such a warm, pleasant personality. Every interaction with her has been positive, and she consistently goes the extra mile to make sure we’re comfortable and taken care of. She truly made our stay feel personal and special.

Rooms have stains all on the ground. Key stopped working and got locked out for an hour. When we called the front desk from our the phone they told us to use there was no answer. Called 10 times. And then ended up have to knock on the office door to get them to get us a new key didn’t even ask for the name only room number so anyone could get a key to your room. Only good part about hotel was free entertainment when five police cars showed up to deal with a situation outside. Would not recommend for anyone traveling with kids or buy them selfs.

Positive: We didn't like anything about the hotel we stayed. It was the worst experience in terms of comfort, cleanliness and service. Negative: The service was awful especially from a front-desk person that was working on 9/21/25. She was uncouth, rude and completely lacked courtesy. The room was smelly and bathroom had no exhaust fan turning it into a hell hole.

While the staff was generally nice, I had an unpleasant experience with a guest that seemed to be set on being a disturbance. One guest kept playing their TV and music so loud that I couldn’t hear my own TV and they would continue to be a disturbance even during quiet hours, while I and other guests tried to sleep. I brought it to the attention of the front desk attendant and sent an email to management, but the disturbances continued. I also asked to be moved to a different room and was not accommodated, although I’m not sure that other areas would have been any quieter. I could also smell weed outside and from several rooms within the hotel. The elevator was also out of service several times. Overall, the hotel is very old and could use some renovations. The hotel could also do a better

This was the most ghetto experience at a hotel I've ever experienced. I didn't even stay the night and I came from out of town. I spoke with someone yesterday and they we're supposed to be getting back to me. But I have not heard anything from your Company yet.
