This is your favorite weekly tenant, Alan, Amanda, and Bowser Crosby, checking in — and I need to say this loud and clear: CAROL, CAROL, OH MY CAROL, at the front desk is an absolute customer‑service beast. My wife and I love her. I even told management, “Carol makes me feel good about spending my money here,” and I meant it. It’s rare to see someone handle multiple guests so quickly, efficiently, and with genuine kindness. She keeps everyone smiling, laughing, and feeling taken care of. Whoever hired her deserves a raise — she’s the perfect concierge. Sunshine (the staff member who checks on rooms and makes sure everyone’s comfortable) is another standout. She’s incredibly polite and works hard. I stopped her before she even reached my room just to say, “We’re staying a few more nights —
Overall a great stay. We checked in late in the evening. The staff was amazing! Todd and Sharra were a wonderful breath of fresh air after a long trip. I will say they made our stay far above and beyond expectations. It was definitely unexpected walking into the inviting environment they both create. Many thanks!
Positive: Very quiet, easy to get to room, very clean. Negative: Breakfast was somewhat less than we expected, but it was easy to find. Only muffins and coffee.
Nobody.cares about this Hotel, not even the Franchise. The so called manager Kendra is abusive to residents and personnel and don't have the slightest idea of what she is doing. She is a sad individual taking advantage of her position to get away with her lack of commitment to service. Try getting rid of her and you will see how things will get better.
My husband booked a room here for two nights through the American Cancer Society for my father in laws major surgery, we’re from out of town. When checking in at the front desk, we noticed the lobby floors were extremely dirty. The desk Clerk had children with her running around behind the front desk, and as she was talking to us there were other guests near by listening to our conversation and she loudly said our room number multiple times out loud which made us very uncomfortable. When entering the room, it was so visibly dirty. The toilet was broken and the bed was covered with hair. We immediately went to the front desk to request another room. The desk Clerk apologized and got us a new room, but it was just as equally dirty. I took a picture of the bathtub for reference. The next day,
