Extended Stay America Suites- Phoenix - Airport - Tempe

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. It was dirty, false advertising on website of what the rooms look like, cabinets were falling apart, smelled, felt unsafe.

Had some complications with our room but Adriana was amazing! She’s super nice & sweet. She even came up to our room to do a check in which was very appreciated. She gives excellent customer service and very attentive. (:

Entire place reeks of body odor and Marijuana. We were given keys that didn't work. Had to go back to the front desk. Wifi is useless. The tub wasn't clean, and the washcloths were nowhere near their original white color, same with one of the towels. The a/c rattles loudly and is filthy. Very disappointed. Will definitely not return.

The point up front - run far away and find somewhere else to stay. The fact that they have the nerve to charge you for the facility blows my mind. When we left the concert we came to Phoenix for at 11pm I seriously considered driving the 4 hours home rather than going back to the terrible hotel. I considered spending money on a different hotel or having my family sleep in our vehicle, all felt like better options than the hotel. The good: - Staff was friendly (even though they were unable to help with most issues) - Our room was roomy The bad: Room - The beds are terrible - Dirty laundry on the pull out bed (which we had to remove, take downstairs and when wait hours for the laundry to finish because they don't have enough blankets to have spares) - Sleeping on the pull out bed was like

Room is what to expect, a well used, but clean unit with good comfort as well as previous wear. The experience, however, is near perfection. Adam on shift means you have quite possibly the best customer service available. I've had phone calls, personal deliveries and forgotten toiletries (personal slip) all handled and fixed by Adam. He does what is needed, then goes beyond. This is just one cog of a great team that has handled so much for me in such positive ways. The whole crew really does all they can to make the stay here comfortable. This place feels like home with perks, which is always good to come back to after a day of stress.
