The front desk person was off to the side on their phone, I had to yell “Hello?” several times before he responded, even though I could see him back there, then when he finally came he didn’t know how to even check me in. He then called his manager, who had an attitude as well, and she had to walk him through the check in process multiple times. To this point I had been patient. Then after spending at least 20mins attempting to check me in, while other customers piled up needing room keys reactivated, or complaining of being double charged, it was time to pay my room deposit and pet fee to check in. The front desk worker had no idea how much the pet fee was each day, or if there was a limit. My dogs are my spouse and my ESA, I stay at hotels with my dogs a lot, and I know that there’s a ca

RUN, RUN, RUN — PLEASE RUN My boyfriend and I booked this place from 2/23/26–2/26/26. Our check-in time was 3:00 PM. We arrived around 2:50 PM just to let the front desk know we’d be waiting outside. The heavyset woman with glasses looked at us like we were crazy and told us that because of the snow, they only had one housekeeper and to come back around 3:30–4:00 PM, and we would “for sure” have a room. We were extremely tired after driving 24 hours from Florida, but we decided to get food and come back. Before we left, the front desk woman told us that if we didn’t like it, we could cancel—which was very inappropriate since we had already agreed to return. We came back around 4:00 PM, and there was a tall man with dreadlocks at the front desk. After giving him our information, he told

Positive: I liked how convenient and comfortable it was. Being close to the airport was stress-free, and having a kitchen in the room made the stay easy and practical. The room was also spacious and quiet, which was a nice bonus. Negative: The main downside was that the hotel felt a bit outdated, and some areas could have been cleaner or better maintained. The amenities were very basic, and limited housekeeping might not be ideal for everyone.

I booked a room with a king bed for 2/13/26. When I arrived, the manager Latanya said in there system I was booked for a double bed. I gave her my phone that showed what I booked also displaying the confirmation. She told me that she couldn’t give that to me because cause that’s not what they have in their system on their end. I took my guest agreement and they (another male that was up there) took a copy of my ID and I was told that I have to call Priceline to cancel. Fast forward to the manager Latanya telling Priceline that she had king bed available for that day and my reservation was booked under a king so she’s unaware of why I canceled. She even had the nerve to say that she could have upgraded me to two double beds and I could have pushed them together. Ghetto and nonsense. Because

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Its quiet and out of the way from dense urban areas, with grass. But a short drive to everything and there are several buses. One of the only Hotels that accepts a cat. They have handicap rooms too and the whole building is accessible.
