Horrible hotel experience. Only thing pleasant was check in, but maybe not. We asked multiple times about the proper way to keep our reservation concurrent because we understood it was tricky. Specifically asking if we had to come down the next day at check in time to remain in the hotel. We were reassured we did not. Our parking passes were even good until the 15th. Booked the room for valentine's day for 2 days. Dirty hotel. Leaking ceiling. Breakfast, (yeah okay) a muffin and warm coffee. Laundry room was closed because All The Machines were broken. The stay was cut short and we were told our stay was canceled. We didn't cancel. Priceline didn't cancel. The front desk canceled our stay and we got put out 8:30 at night so they can accommodate other guests after we paid and were already i

I had an amazing experience the staff were friendly, the rates were more than reasonable, the rooms were neat and clean and did not smell of smoke as it is a smoke free hotel, the management went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my friend whom I had traveled. The manager Alicia was the main one who made our stay as polite as it had been. Really thankful for her!

Came here to stay During the snowstorm because my flight was canceled. I stayed at extended stay before in a past in other cities and it’s always been great. I was traveling with my Family, including my one year-old baby niece. Already when I walk in the room Which are supposed to be a non-smoking room it smelled like cigarette smoke And there were cigarette burns, which I was complaining about that but I was like it’s late. Needed a simple emergency room for family the night of the big snowstorm. Got a live-action episode of “You Can’t Make This Up” instead. Booked online, called the hotel, no answer. Drove there anyway, showed my confirmed prepaid reservation. Front desk guy stayed on his personal call mid-argument, glanced at my phone and said, “No rooms available,” then went right back to his conversation.
