Extended Stay America Suites- Oklahoma City - NW Expressway

This extended stay has been absolutely amazing so far. Ms. Tina, the manager, has been incredibly nice and understanding, making my stay very comfortable. My favorite part about my stay is the hotel is always clean and well-maintained, which creates a pleasant environment. It is also quiet, allowing for restful nights and peaceful days. Overall, I feel safe and well taken care of during my time here.

I've stayed at other Extended Stay America locations such as Minnesota and Chicago, and was expecting a no frills place to sleep at night with a refrigerator for someone travelling on a budget with a similar basic room and TV with a refrigerator at a decent price. Those prior visits to other locations went as expected. However for this particular location in the chain, we didn't even stay all 3 of the nights we had booked. ||We had booked two rooms, on being a king size and one with two full size/double beds. Upon arrival, we were told that they overbooked their rooms and didn't have the king sized bed that we had reserved, and that the reservation was moved to another room with a double bed. On September 22, I arrived at this hotel to check in. The location is difficult to find — it’s tucked away with only a small sign that would be easy to miss at night. The entrance also looks more like a backdoor than a main entryway. When I reached the front desk, the employee on duty was on a personal phone call. She ended the call but did not greet me, only smiled. I provided my name and explained that I was checking in. She immediately told me there were no rooms available. I explained that I had already paid for my room, and she then checked the system and informed me that my room had been given away and there were no rooms left. I asked if I would receive an upgrade since I had paid in advance, but she said that because my reservation was through a third-party site, I would need to

If I could give a minus star I would . because after the front desk girl , call the cops on us for no reason , she even tried to get me kicked out. She is crazy . Thank God .God is real . Heard my prayers. I was able to keep the room we paid for a month already . The Front desk girl was so hateful towards us . Even after he got kicked for no reason I got to see her in the front desk at night or morning. She gave me such an evil eye. I know she does not like me . I can give you her name but when I was given a message by goggle I knew no one cares . I am Hispanic and my husband is an American. I felt so much hate from her. She always gave me a fake smile . So rude ! I was shocked the power she thinks she has . She hadcno right to have him taken off the property.! He is ill ! We did nothing
