Extended Stay America Suites- Nashville - Airport - Music City

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this particular Extended Stay Hotel in Nashville. We've been mostly satisfied with it, and it's in our price range. For this visit, the bedding, bathroom, and kitchen were clean, except that there were several specks of food on the kitchen walls, and someone had spilled a liquid of some kind that had run down the back of the counter, leaving streaks of a powdery residue. The beds were soft enough to mostly get a good night's sleep, but a little harder than our preference, so my husband and I both had just a little back soreness when we rose each of the 3 mornings we were there. The free breakfast offered was minimal - just a few types of instant oatmeal and instant grits plus a couple of flavors of breakfast bars. Coffee was available, but we don't dri

While the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the room was disappointing. Aware that this is only a 2-star, I believe it shouldn't have a dying cockroach as a welcome mat. There was also a single dry noodle on the floor near the bathroom. The top of the fridge had a blanket of dust and the inside of the fridge was filthy. The breakfast options are quick oatmeal and muffins - no healthy options like fruit.

Quite honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had and not worth the $270 I paid. Stayed here for the weekend for an event (Friday night through Sunday morning). When I checked in, I was given a room that wasn't cleaned. Okay, things happen. They give me a new room. I work remotely so needed wifi which is advertised as free. When I sign in for the wifi, it literally wouldn't let me bypass the upgrade options and closing it out didn't activate the wifi. So I buy the upgrade for a day at $5.99. End up getting it for two days and the prompt says it's charged to the room. Fine. The next day, I leave the room at 5pm for my event and get back around 11:15pm. I wish I could give negative reviews. This place is terrible. The first morning we were there we were awakened at 6:40 in the morning to someone walking into our room. No knock, just said "housekeeping." Thankfully we had the latch and other measures that prevented the door from fully opening. What place has housekeeping at 6:40 in the morning. My husband jumped up to see what was going on but the person must have ran. My husband then went to the front desk to report what happened. There was another roomer there reporting the same thing, but this roomer said the housekeeper" walked in on him and his wife during an intimate session. The front desk person acted as if it was all ok and said that was the housekeeper and tried to diminish the situation. What place has housekeeping at 6:40 IN
