Extended Stay America Suites- Memphis - Wolfchase Galleria

Responding to each review is very respectable. Why not also respond to the roach, ant, bedbug, and other insects problem? There are years and years of similar complaints and obviously no resolution. Why are your rooms not clean? Why are the towels dirty? Why hasn’t the pest control problem been a priority for this establishment? Why is this place even open for business if you can’t properly service the paying customers? This place is disgusting. Take accountability and please clean up and get pest control out there. No one wants to bring roaches or bedbugs home because you refuse to take care of your property.

We checked in late at night, it was safe and clean with plenty of parking at the entrance. We really appreciated Christian's help at the front desk getting situated, he was extremely patient and nice even though it was almost midnight and we had a lot of questions. We ended up staying much longer than expected due to the staff, who were extremely accommodating and welcoming. We were on a cross country road trip and these have been the nicest staff we've encountered. Really fantastic stay overall. And there are ducks in the pond outside on the grounds, very peaceful!

It was an amazing stay. All the employees were extremely nice to us but I want to participatally mention Ms Shantae at the front desk. Housekeeping was amazing room was clean and up to standard ..if we were to ever downsize our home we would love to call this our permanent home! Thank you for everything! Our home was home was amazing!

The Extended Stay Wolfchase is a great place to stay. If you want a superb staff that gives outstanding customer service, this is the place to stay. I can't say enough about the management and front desk ladies. Iris ,Shantae, and Jasmine are 3 of the best I've encountered while staying in a hotel. I must say that Extended Stay should give recognition to where its due. When you stay here, it feels like a happy home!!

Positive: Everything worked in the handicapped room. Negative: Bellmans cart not available at checkin and checkout. Only one bellman's cart. Staff does not care at all, they promise over the phone but do not live up to what they promise. I had a late arrival at 2:00AM in the morning but they counted as no show.
