Extended Stay America Suites- Memphis - Airport

Mya and her staff are great. It's always clean 🫧 and quiet. The rooms are reasonably priced. It's like coming home to a studio apartment. It has 2 working elevators,a laundry room. All concerns are resolved quickly and professionally. I love the fact that it's a NON-SMOKING environment. It's located in a quiet area with little to no traffic.

I love the staff. They are very sweet and helpful. Anything that I needed, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The area is secluded and quiet. Everything about my stay was wonderful.

Although the staff was friendly and welcoming, I would definitely not recommend this hotel. I had booked a room with TWO twin beds for TWO people, as was clearly stated on the website and in the confirmation I received. When I checked in, I was told they don't even have those types of rooms at this location. In addition, they did not even have my reservation confirmed, even though I provided copy of the confirmation number. In addition, I was told my card was 'denied' and that's why the reservation did not come through on their end. Also false, because I never received anything from them other than the confirmation. And my card is in good standing and have had no issues ever other than with this hotel. The room they gave me, which only had one twin bed and a sofa sleeper for the same price

Positive: It was near the Graceland location Negative: Room had broken lamps and a bad mattress. Only one chair. Towels were stained. No breakfast. No ice. Needs repair.

Mya was exceptional! When I walked in, I was greeted with kindness & the utmost respect. The room was clean & I enjoyed a great night's sleep. Mr. Williams, I think the maintenance person, did not hesitate to help me when my vam got stuck in the parking space due to the snow. Please thank him as well! Mr. Norman Powell, an appreciated guest!
