Extended Stay America Suites- Houston - Northwest - HWY 290 - Hollister

Had a reservation with them for the weekend but they didn't have room reserved and when they said they would provide a free upgrade, the upgraded the room was full of smoke and the lobby was also full of smoke, and the fire alarm was ringing again and again which was being turned off. After that they said they would process the refund but that also never happened. There is no professional antiquities in terms of how to answer a question. Have had to repeat to them a couple of times for refund still they would behave as if they don't understand english. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Nearby Holiday Inn is what I booked which was good, a bit costly but doesn't waste an hour in terms of giving the service paid for.

Destiny was awesome. She should be the manager. She has a kind heart and actually helps the people staying there. Keep up the good work. Far as the hotel elevator always breaks. Smells like dog and has dog poop all over the sidewalks. Roaches are really a problem here.

Had some unfortunate luck being stuck in this place while in town on business. Im not going to nit pick the room to death about the god awful internet speed or the lack of water pressure in the shower. Or how it had a certain “smell” to it or how the kitchen area and decor in the room it self screamed in need of an update. Or how 2 of my fellow co workers had their trucks broken into in the parking lot, 10 feet from the front door. What I will not tolerate though is the king size roach I killed early one morning. Now ok Im reasonable enough guy, we area in the tropical south and this isn’t the best hotel in the area so maybe there will be a few creepy crawlers scurrying about but the attitude of the woman I mentioned it to at the front desk in the morning and no type of response when I got
