Customer Reviews
Positive: Staff (check-in) and (check-out) were very nice and helpful. Negative: The overall appearance of the hotel was ok. However, for this to be a smoke-free hotel the elevator and hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Upon entering my room the floor, doors and walls where FILTHY!.I have videos and photos as proof.
I was paid through January 17 2026. I disclosed my animal at check-in and was told it was acceptable. A fee was imposed after the fact, and payment was demanded under threat of losing access to my prepaid room. I paid under protest and am disputing the charge.” “This was an extended stay with advance payment. I disclosed my emotional support animal at check-in and received approval. The hotel accepted payment with that knowledge. Retroactively imposing fees and conditioning access to a prepaid room constitutes misrepresentation and bad-faith modification of the agreement.”
Check in was pleasant, very friendly staff and all smiles, and directed us right to our door. When we walked into our room we talked for about 2 minutes and my wife went straight to the office and asked about a bigger bed as we had ordered a room with a queen size bed and this one had what looked to be the size of a twin or my son's bed when he was 12. She also inquired about a ice machine and was informed that the corner store had ice. The room was clean, did not see any roaches in the 15 total minutes we were there, did not see any kitchen utensils but we had our own dishes for the six night stay had we stayed. The room was nothing like the pictures on the web site. Its akin to a bait and switch at best, but truly false advertising through and through. Showed a nice spacious room on the
Roaches everywhere, it smells terrible, and very low water pressure…I had no running kitchen sink water, the toilet was unable to flush the last day of my stay smh, and the shower don’t even get me started. I was probably better off just cleaning myself in the bathroom sink. When I came, I had no toilet paper in my room. Yes nobody thought to replace the toilet paper, so I am sure my room was not properly cleaned. Wifi was terrible. No working outlet in the bathroom!! Oh!! And the complimentary breakfast and coffee, it is just coffee (no creamer at all) and granola bars. Might get muffins if you are lucky! Would not recommend. Only stayed here for three days.
Mold in bathroom. Very bad odor in the hallway. Staff is nice. Left before my week ended because just didn’t feel safe. They really need to remodel this hotel it is very old. Yellow stuff was all over the wall. The paint was chipped and don’t even open the cabinet drawers. I hated it.
