Extended Stay America Suites- Hampton - Coliseum

My recent stay at the extended stay in Hampton,exceeded expectations in every regard. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine warmth, creating an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and refined. Check-in was efficient, and every member of the team I encountered was attentive, courteous, and eager to assist. The room was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed offered outstanding comfort, and the quality of the linens and furnishings reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day. The on-site dining was another highlight. Each meal was beautifully prepared

I absolutely love this establishment! Nisha is truly one of my favorite people here. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and have everything I need. She always takes the time to ask how my day is going and genuinely checks in to see if I’m okay. Her kindness and attentiveness never go unnoticed!I absolutely love this establishment! Positive: The redhead woman was nice Negative: Everything, its nasty and stinks. There's mold in the bathroom showers . Very disappointed

Love the location it was close to my friends house. The clean lobby and friendly people. Checking in was a dream the Girl at the desk I think denesha let us know where everything was located. Our room was clean to the max and smelled like they had just walked out. It made us feel safe and comfortable. Denesha really made us feel at home and safe the free breakfast was good it was free with the price we paid no noise at all

The maintenance man Martin is very kind and hard working. He is always making sure everything in the building is running smooth and correctly and he is literally the best maintenance man staff over any of the extended stays in the state. Also the team leader terreka is Amazing.. Very professional and welcoming and she always treats everyone like family. I also love the manager Bianca. The 3 of them are so nice and has helped me in the best way possible ensuring I am safe and have the best service. I appreciate Martin, terreka and Bianca so much please tell them I said thank you so much 🙏🏻
