Extended Stay America Suites- Greensboro - Airport

Stayed here for 3 months while transitioning between places. Thank you so much to Pearl, Carolyn, and Kim for the hospitality shown to me and my son. Very welcoming, accommodating, and made our experience so much better. I did my own thorough cleaning of the room after checking in for my own peace of mind. I was actually impressed with how well my room was cleaned. (I didn’t collect any dust or dirt on all the surfaces). Kudos to housekeeping. Hotel is relatively quiet and did what it needed to. Location was great, short distance to both High Point and Greensboro. Restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, and just about anything else you might need all within proximity.

Positive: "" Negative: The entire hotel was dirty. The lobby, the dining area, the exterior walk ways, the hallways and even the elevator were dirty and grimy. I purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned my room. I even unclogged the hotel vacuum I borrowed to vacuum my room.

We stayed here for 2 nights and while the setup was great (we had the 2 bedroom suite), the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room could use some help. These rooms are also very outdated and have lots of wear and tear. The bathroom floor beside the bathtub was peeling up quite a bit and we found some trash under the one bed as well as a half eaten piece of something on the floor. My daughter’s feet were also fairly dirty after running around on the carpet. We probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I want to take a moment to recognize Pearl at the front desk of the Extended Stay near the Greensboro airport. From the moment I arrived, she has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. When you’re away from home, it means a lot to be greeted by someone who makes the space feel comfortable and safe — and Pearl does exactly that. She treats every guest with the same level of respect and professionalism, always greeting people with a smile and a calm, helpful attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and cares about the experience of the guests. Very nice stay. Everyone there goes way and beyond making you feel important. They help in every way possible. Rooms are really nice. Very clean.
