Extended Stay America Suites- Fishkill - Westage Center

My stay was wonderful. The staff was great and they made you feel welcomed and safe. The fact that there is a laundry room is a plus. Guests are nice. A kitchenette and microwave in the room is nice.

I had a wonderful experience at Extended Stay America thanks to Lillian at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, she went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Lillian provided all the amenities I needed with genuine care and efficiency, and her professionalism made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was her attentiveness- she anticipated what guests might need and delivered it with a smile. Whether it was answering questions, offering helpful suggestions, or ensuring everything in the room was just right, Lillian consistently provided excellent service. It's rare to find someone who combines warmth, efficiency, and dedication the way she does. Lillian truly made my stay fee less like a hotel visit and more like a home away from home

Just dont!!!! Its disgusting!! For 750 a week?? And you have to pay to have your room cleaned and they only clean it every 14 days?? Dog feces all over the property, marijuana smell every where, people standing in the door ways smoking it, smoking cigarettes in the doorways!!! My dog and I almost got attacked by a pitbull in the stairwell, its dirty, the staff is rude especially Lilian. It smells, paint chips in my shower, oh my gosh I could go on and on!! Just dont !!! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else! Two weeks was enough for me and I left! It was a nightmare!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Extended Stay Hotel! Mrs. Robin Smith is an excellent manager who is incredibly kind and ensures every guest has the amenities they need. The entire property is spotless, the rooms are clean, and the hotel always smells fresh (plus, the coffee is amazing!). I really appreciated the personal touch Mrs. Smith brings, especially the beautiful seasonal decorations that keep the Christmas spirit alive. The location is also a huge plus. It is walking distance to Walmart and various restaurants, which is a lifesaver for me since I don't currently have a car. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 3 years and those 3 whole years made my life happier. Mrs. Robin Smith, the manager, was outstanding—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help, which made my stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, the coffee in the lobby was excellent, and the hotel’s strict no‑smoking policy was a very welcome touch. I truly appreciate Mrs. Robin Smith's amazing customer service.
