Extended Stay America Suites- Columbus - Polaris

If I could I leave one star! I always come here with my family 2x a year to visit family . I’m always pleased and get great service from Patricia and Amy and Brandie. Well my last visit seemed as if we were at a shady motel nothing worked in the room . The new people seemed as if they don’t know what they are doing also not friendly. Room was dirty also the linen was dirty and nothing worked in the room but the fridge . What’s going on here? Where are the old staff at this staff isn’t good at all like this hotel did a whole 360 ! Came to desk few times to ask about a room switch couldn’t get ahold of anybody even used the phone still no one ! WE WILL NOT BE BACK THIS ISN’T THE EXTENDED STAY IM USED TOO AT ALL. BYE BYE TO BE EXTENDED STAY HELLO HILTON GARDEN BESIDE THE RIOM WAS NICER THAN

I am celebrating 49 years of nursing (RN) this month (09/06). During my career, I always stayed during my traveling nursing positions, at an Extended Stay America Suites (ESA) when I traveled. My current stay is solo, and I am staying at the ESA - Polaris, and I must say this hotel far exceeds my prior stay, and has been THE best! The management team (Toni Pettifird, General Manager, and Patricia Collier, Assistant General Manager) is fantastic. I don't want to miss any names; however, every one of the ESA-Polaris colleagues is wonderful, caring, friendly, always willing to help, go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. It instantly felt comfortable as you come into the place, it was dim lighted which after a long day was very pleasant. Ronnie was very helpful and nice at the front desk! Great price for a night stay and enjoyed having our own kitchen.

Is very quiet. I booked a room for my mom who was visiting. She does not have a cell phone and had troubles with phone calls coming in and getting disconnected. First floor smells like weed , you think they would smoke outside. Had trouble several times with the key card.Unlocking the room door and side door First morning , and nothing out for breakfast and coffee was cold. Room was clean..
