Affordable, quiet, clean, and pet-friendly. Latoya was welcoming and promptly greeted us in the lobby. Latoya was knowledgeable and it was a relief to have her guide us through the process of extending our stay several days while our home repairs stressfully dragged on. The room was clean with a fully functioning kitchenette. Our room also did not smell of smoke or previous pet occupants, which was a relief for both us and our cats.

I want to take a moment and shine a light on Miss Chanel at the front desk! Her care during my stay here has made it feel like home. I’ve never met a staff member at a hotel with such warmth and genuine concern for me and my husbands comfort! She always has a smile and great attitude even if it’s not reciprocated! Some guests and their pets…. But Chanel always has the best solution and a smile!!!

Hello this past weekend stay was very awesome and the manager was very helpful on my check-in date. She really do make you feel like your are home and always greeting you with a smile. Housekeeping is amazing and as well as the front desk staff. The manager has a awesome staff. All I can say is you guys rock and keep up the good work. I will definitely will be back again

A Huge Shoutout to the Manager, Mrs. Jessica! Her dedication to her guests is truly above and beyond. We had a minor booking confusion (entirely our fault), and she personally stepped in, not only resolving the issue immediately but upgrading us to a corner suite. She was visible, engaging with guests, and genuinely seemed to love ensuring everyone had a perfect stay. She sets the gold standard for management.|The Night Associate, Jay, is an Absolute Lifesaver! Coming back late one night, my travel partner was feeling unwell, and we needed tea and some extra blankets. The Night Associate, Jay, responded to our call within a minute.

Positive: The staff were very helpful and took great care of my. I was staying with my pet and they tried to make things really easy. The room was clean, but the grands were a horrid mess from dog poo everywhere. Negative: Yes. There are three floors and no elevator. Also, they allow dogs, but NO ONE picks up after their pets. The staff do not manage the mess, either. You can't walk outside the building without stepping in dog poo. It was disgusting & I won't stay again
