Extended Stay America Suites- Charleston - Northwoods Blvd.

Rooms were large but the furniture was rough. Pull out couch had cigarette burns all over the arms. Went to pull out the bed in the couch for my 5yr old to sleep on, looked like animal stool on the underneath. Mattress was crap, wouldn't recommend for anyone over a 5yr old size to sleep on it. booking.com listed it with King size bed, it's a queen. Plus mattress is pretty crappy too and bed frame squeaks a lot. Bathroom and kitchen good. Although we were only provided with 2 sets of towels and sneered at when asking for more. Location is right off the interstate so convenient.

Just needed a place to crash and have never tried this hotel. Front desk guy was cool checked me in. Elevators were not working. The room was studio sized. Nothing fancy but clean and mildly quiet. The bed was comfortable (I slept soundly). All and all I’d say I had a decent stay.

This hotel was grotesque. Not at all like the pictures show online, furniture falling apart, couches and chairs all torn and cut up, windows didn't close or lock, cockroaches all over the stove in the kitchenette as well as gross food that had not been cleaned up. Cigarette burns on bedding and mattress and pillows, smelled of cigarettes throughout. Grounds are filthy and un-kept, the elevators do not work. Floors were absolutely filthy all the way around. The only positive was the front desk attendant, he was very nice, apologetic and professional, he seemed to genuinely be embarrassed and show that he cared about the guest experience. He did give me a full refund after showing me three other rooms that were all worse or the same as the first. This property is badly misrepresented

Positive: Leaving is what I like best Negative: Yes there was a lot of construction being done. There was no breakfast when they said it was included. No pots or anything to cook. There was broken charging ports. The covers were dirty luckily I brought my own.

Hands down the best hotel/extended stay place to stay at the costumer service is top notch and they're always on top of anything and everything you need from towels dishes to soap whatever you need the make sure to help get it for you. The rooms are super clean and very spacious the GM mark is very friendly and always ready to help out when he can. Brittany is a sweetheart southern girl who's super sweet and nice and willing to make sure she has you amenities for you rm no matter if she gotta stop and help wash dishes or laundry one heck of a gal Diamond is also another sweetheart always will to help with anything you need and makes sure your stay is the best. Arkez is one heck of a young man always on top of his job and makes sure you vist is the best and if u need anything for your room
