Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Westborough - East Main Street

We had a great time. The staff was super friendly, and it was great for what we needed to do. We will totally stay again. The location was great for where we needed to go. The staff was extremely helpful and positive. If you are looking for somewhere to rest and not break the bank this is the spot.

For anyone considering staying here, please don't. This is one of the worst places in the area. Don't waste your money. This place smells awful, like old and stale cigarette smoke. Plus, the people in the lobby are unhelpful. I had a problem because the housekeeping staff threw away my belongings that were in my room, and to this day, they haven't reimbursed me for my things. Every time I ask to speak to the manager, they never put me through. One of the worst experiences of my life

This was truly the best Extended Stay America experience I have ever had. The staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism in resolving any issues that arose. The hallways and lobby consistently maintained an immaculate and very clean appearance. I particularly appreciated the absence of any unpleasant pet odors within the building. My sincere thanks go to Jillian, Jessie, Joel, Evan, and Tony; you have a wonderful team over there. Thank you for making my four-month stay so pleasant.

Going in order of the experience: From the free parking lot, to the welcoming and immaculate entrance, to the very friendly, helpful, and professional Evan who checked me in, to my huge room that was immaculate and and had all the amenities /appliances for an extended stay (obviously!) to the comfortable beds with nice bedding...this was an excellent stay. I travel quite often and have been in hotels that are 4 and 5 stars... I've found many of them are not as clean as Extended Stay. There was no dust under the bed! This may sound silly to some, but to me as an experienced traveler, it is huge. It shows the commitment of the team and management. I love the location because I'm quiet and prefer not to be disturbed because of my diverse computer appointments, research, and studies. This location is quiet because it's off the highway, but very convenient to the major stores. There's no problem with parking if you own a vehicle. There's also plenty of handicapped parking, automatic doors and an elevator. If you don't have a car, Uber or a Lyft account is necessary. All rooms aren't quiet; depends on the "neighbors," the season, holiday, etc. My personal review for service is by far and above "excellent."
