Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Westborough - Connector Road

Im giving the service 5 stars only because Adam was a rockstar who helped me with my booking reservation issue. He had the patience of a saint! Room we stayed in, 308 was decent. Just your typically outdated budget hotel room. Hot water was great. But this is where it ends. Whoever is living in 310 next to our room is a NUTCASE. They would intentionally stomps the floors. Bangs on the walls at ridiculous random hours and it will last for HOURS. I tried going downstairs to find somebody to report this. They were nowhere to be found. (Adam wasn't on shift so this doesn't fall on him) I gave up. Dealt with it for the whole weekend. We decided to leave like 4 am this morning because they started that crap again at 3am!! We will NEVER come back to this place. You want a better room and q

The staff were friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. But the highlight of this place is definitely that the rooms come with a full kitchen -- 2 burners, a sink, counter space, and a full size fridge! Plus there's a washer and dryer on site. Extra amenities like that make this place feel like home 😋

This place is awesome all the staff members are great and the managers awesome. Overall this is the best place I have stayed at. Very friendly helpful and the rooms very clean I can’t complain about this place at all. The manager Ryan Watson kind and considerate and an all around great guy assistant manager Stephanie also super polite kind considerate and just a sweetheart Tara who works counter and amazingly sweet kind and just all around awesome and Adam also just an awesome person they are all so helpful and curious never had such an amazing stay at any hotel EVER SO THANK YOU GUYS FOR THE BEST STAY EVER

The hotel itself was rundown yes, but my room was clean and the staff were so sweet. I was stuck at the hotel for a few hours waiting for a ride and the staff at the front desk were kind and accommodating and made me feel welcomed. I would put 5 stars but I was a bit off put by the conditions of the hotel but over all it was a positive experience.
