Extended Stay America Suites- Boston - Westborough - Computer Dr.

Rooms were spacious and offered many more amenities than others at the same price range, staff was helpful, friendly and informative. Felt very safe even with police constantly there and very dog friendly. If your looking for a budget friendly hotel I would recommend extended stay westborough as personally I had no issues with my stay

Positive: Our housekeeper made our stay a 10 out of 10! She was so energetic and happy, helped us solve any and ALL problems and minor inconveniences we had all with a Smile on her face :) i wish every hotel had housekeepers like her! Negative: Wish there were more breakfast options!

My wife and I enjoyed a 3 day stay. Staff was very helpful and hospitable! We were attending a concert on a little getaway. Received great advice on restaurants, shops and things in the area. Ryan is a great worker and we could tell he's proud of his work and the building.

My fiancé is a lineman working the snowstorm and they only get 6 hours rest time in between 17 hour shifts. This is where their supervision decided to put them for the night. Let’s just say it was horrifying. Disgusting mattesses, leaking sinks, and freaky writing inside drawers. Essential workers being thrown in a place like this is a disgrace. Do better extended stay, lucky the health department isn’t there.

The location is nice and quiet. Haven’t had any issues with the service or employees they all have been very nice and helpful especially Kristine she is phenomenal. Any issues that may have occurred have been handled immediately without repeat.
