DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston - Westborough

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming.Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Positive: Very clean room. Comfortable bed,Location felt safe. Located in a corporate park with office buildings near by.Cookies at check in were great. Negative: Check in staff did not offer any details about the hotel such as check out time, room cleaning, paid breakfast etc. staff did not seem friendly. Have to drive to restaurants and stores, not near by.

The tsay was good and the room wasn't bad up until the last day we were franticly packing up our family getting ready to head to check out early when the front desk decided to call the police on us, without knocking on our door or anything. Seems to me like the staff is very nosey. I even cought them listening through our door after everything happened. What I'm I supposed to tell my kid. I understand that you have to be aware at all times to make sure people are safe but this was ridiculous and a waste of those officers time.

Wife and I stayed while up in Westborough for a few days. We were impressed with the amenities and the room. The location, though off Rt.9, was perfect for us. No noise at all in our room. Close to everything we had going on during the stay. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The pillows could stand to have been replaced as they thinned out a bit. The staff was also friendly and welcoming. The cookies were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to see family.

My husband and I were in town for a business trip and it was his birthday. We was greeted by Ryan LaCasse, who was outstanding and he has EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! We’re Hilton Honor members and we loved that the room was exactly how it looked on line. Paul the bartender was superb as well. SHOUT out to Betty @breakfast buffet was PHENOMENAL!!! We loved our house keeping lady Maria too. Thank you @Ryan the manger for lovely staff OUTSTANDING SERVICE and DELICIOUS FOOD!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! ❤️❤️ LOVE IT HERE!!!
