Courtyard by Marriott Boston Westborough

Stayed here for business. Easy off / on highway access, set back away from the road and busyness of the highway. Good value hotel. Loved the fitness center as they had way more than most other hotel brands, with actual stack machines and eliptical trainers. Rooms, however, were dark - seemed very dark even with lighting - like dark colors and wood. Not lively at all. It fit the bill and was comfortable enough.

Positive: Very clean room, located in a safe area. Negative: No breakfast included.McDonald’s located 5 minutes away

I stayed at this Courtyard by Marriott for 47 days during training in Boston. The staff were wonderful, especially Hannah at the front desk, who was consistently kind, helpful, and made a long stay much easier. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating. The room itself could use improvement. There was a noticeable odor when I checked in, and I ended up getting a room refresher. The bedding felt a bit off (the duvet cover was open), and overall the room and hotel could benefit from a renovation, which I understand may already be in the works. Despite those issues, it was a good, comfortable stay thanks to the great team. With some updates to the rooms, this property will really shine.

Very friendly front desk. Upgraded my room at check in . Clean quiet room . I would stay here again when in the area . They don’t serve coffee in the morning till 7:30 on weekends which is unusual but they gave me extra packets for the room machine. The hotel gym was great

We have been staying at this hotel every time we come to the area to visit our son. Yesterday after our long drive from New York we were hoping for a good night sleep but unfortunately we were given a room under a room that is being remodeled and we could hear the workers stumping until almost 11 pm . We were woken up bright and early. When asked this morning about our stay we opted not to ruin the concierge’s day since it was not he who gave us that room but the night staff. We have a work interview this morning and we are starting with a bad headache. I never leave bad reviews but this might help the night staff rethink what rooms should not be used. She was welcoming otherwise.
