Extended Stay America Suites- Boca Raton - Commerce

My stay at Extended Stay America Suites Boca Raton Commerce was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with a kitchenette, which made longer stays really easy and convenient. Everything worked perfectly, and the room felt quiet and relaxing after a long day. The staff deserves special mention very welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also a big plus, with quick access to shops, food places, and main roads, while still being in a peaceful area. Great comfort, great service, and great value. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Boca Raton. ⭐️

The management is doing a horrible job at this hotel. On two of the three days when I went to get coffee at 7:45 AM there was none. There are no breakfast items at all-despite advertising free breakfast and coffee. The train is the most obnoxious thing of all. It’s brutally loud. Do not stay here if noise is an issue. It literally shakes the room and goes by every 15 minutes.

The place was dirty, had a smell in the room and the tub and kitchen appliances were full of rust. The site advertised breakfast for 2 guests included however when I went to the lobby the next morning I was shown a cabinet with a coffee dispenser and a basket of individually wrapped muffins. The guy at the counter was rude & said we don’t have “breakfast”. I showed him a snapshot of my booking receipt. So I took a picture of the cabinet, started laughing with some other guests who were sitting there waiting for the coffee to be filled up and I walked out. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Had a great stay at Extended Stay America Suites – Boca Raton – Commerce. The rooms were clean, spacious, and perfect for a longer stay, with a convenient kitchenette that had everything needed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. The location is excellent — quiet area but still close to restaurants, shopping, and main roads, which made getting around very easy. Parking was simple and the overall atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boca Raton, whether for work or leisure.

My experience at The Extended Stay at Boca was amazing! The staff are exceptionally kind, professional, Neisha and Vania always ready to help.There is one staff member I must truly point out, her name is Neisha. I must say she is marvelous. The first night I checked in she called my room asking me if the room was ok and at my expectation and if there is anything I needed feel free to call the front desk someone will be always there to attend to my service. I've never experienced that before at any hotel. She also goes out on a limb to give her utmost help. I remembered one evening I wasn't feeling well and she was on duty, I called downstairs telling her how I was feeling and in a jiffy she was at my room giving me all the necessary attendance I needed.
