Extended Stay America Suites- Asheville - Tunnel Rd.

As a traveler this has been the one hotel I always come to stay at. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff always go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful, which really makes the experience stand out. I love Alecia the manager she’s is so great not just to me but ALL her guests. The location is very convenient cus it’s close to everything including the hospital. I highly recommend this place!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I arrived. The customer service was exceptional—every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would happily stay here again. Positive: It?s quit for the most part and staff is awsome Negative: Yes the weekend staff are the type who doesn?t care and the trash room stayed full full all weekend and the laundry room was a mess to the point me and my wife cleaned it our selfs as the staff watched us do it and didn?t even offer to help with it all?

This is the perfect hotel for an affordable stay in Asheville. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were modern and in great shape. They even have smart TV’s which isn’t common in rooms in the price range.
