We have very much enjoyed out stay here. Everyone here is so kind and friendly. We never fail to be greeted with a smile and a friendly face and attitude! We especially have to shout out Marcus and Derrick! Always so helpful and never make you feel like a bother(even when we had to have our keys reprogrammed every other day 🤣). We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for longer term accommodations here in Durham.

The staff was amazing. I had a late check-in and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. They pointed me to a few resturants that were open in the area. The bed was soft and the room was clean and the location was great. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

This place is a nightmare. It's is being converted into low income housing. This might have something to do with it, only in the sense that they don't really care about the hotel portion. The man at the front desk, Derrick is horrendous. This might be due to the fact that apparently, he runs the front desk, and also works as the cleaning staff. Aside from that he was completely lacking in any type of humanity. The room was disgusting. The parking lot was disgusting. Handicap spaces are used by non handicap people on a regular basis. After a certain hour, the front desk is shut down with a big metal garage door. The rooms, obviously, are not cleaned in between guests. The parking lot looks like the floor of a frat house. I would like to share my experience with the hotel. First the rooms here sucks, when we first came here our shower was leaking and a month later our air conditioner leaked out. Second the wifi here is sucks.. Third ,the elevator and the laundry room is a disaster ,taking people's money and always out of order and the elevator is risky. A boy was trapped in the elevator for hours. Fourth, the service here is unprofessional. Ms.Kim who is rude to her customers and was rude to my mother. I honestly don't think you should have anyone working who disrespects people .The hallway smells awful. In my opinion save your money for something else.

Positive: The staff were nice. Negative: The room was supposed to be non-smoking. Clearly someone had heavily smoked in the room and the hotel cleaning crew covered it up by straying an insane amount of cleaning product on the floor.
