Extended Stay America Select Suites- Raleigh - Cary - Regency Parkway South

Had to stay here for roughly a month and had a good experience. This motel is in a great location close to all the amenities. Very quiet and safe. Shoutout to Roe at the front desk for always being helpful with anything I needed, she’s a rockstar!

Found out they cleaned room every two weeks. Charge to exchange towels. You have to carry your own trash to outside dumpster. Smell of Marianna all down hall. Tried to put me in room with stains all in carpet. Tried to bill me for more money when I checked out. Poor cable tv selection. Id advise going elsewhere.

This is not a good place to stay. I booked as I wanted to use the kitchen but there are no utensils. The place is old and is a dump, which fits the price they initially quoted and over charged me when I check out. It is not worth the price they charged me finally

Positive: "" Negative: The floor had pieces of food and other obvious debris. The rooms no longer have a hairdryer, shampoo or coffee. The hotel stopped offering a basic continental breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. The front desk was still closed past 9:15am when I left.

The location was okay but the toilet wasn't clean so I had to buy cleaning supplies for the room there was no broom there was no trash can and like I said the toilet and a man had peed on the back of the toilet, and they said they would send someone up to take care of it but they didn't so I had to buy rubber gloves and take care of it myself. It was actually kind of a mini nightmare but mostly a first world problem but nasty all the same. The guy that rented the place to me over the phone gave me one price and the lady that checked me out gave me a different price altogether more than double what he had told me.
