Extended Stay America Select Suites- Pensacola - Northeast

I have been staying here for a while now. The service is excellent. Mrs Brittany was an excellent staff member and deserves something. She has made my stay very comfortable and has met all my needs if any came up. My first room the stove broke I was immediately moved to another room. Then my check in this time my fridge was broken and it was immediately replaced. They have definitely went above and beyond expectations and I will always be staying here. Great place to stay and I love the staff!!!!

Very clean rooms. Tv was a lil small to view but I have bad eyes. Also tv had no cable working just YouTube. Laundry area was very convenient. Vending machines are expensive wouldn’t mind paying more for better selection. As far as noise it’s very quiet. Appliances worked with no issues. One recommendation though please add drapes over the blinds. It’s very bright and was hard to sleep without a mask.

Almost never anybody at the front desk! The rooms floor was INCREDIBLY DIRTY, like no one EVER mops it. Mattress was stained..eww! Bugs in the bathroom shower! I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay here! Having said all that...the staff i did talk to were very friendly and helpful!!

Positive: .. Negative: Someone came into my room and took my $10. I liked it before I found that out. I didn’t say anything because it’s only $10 but that could’ve been my last $10.… even though I’ve spent $--- for the past two weeks to stay there.…

This was one of the worst trips I have ever taken. When we arrived, the room that we were assigned was beyond disgusting! They had food all on the floor and bed, trash all in the cushions of the couch and under the couch, food in the microwave, mold on the refrigerator, spider webs all over. The list goes on and on. However, the manager did give us a credit for 2 additional nights for our troubles. Then, we did laundry at the facility and while our clothes were in the dryer, someone stole my wife’s bra and panties out of the dryer. When I went to address the issue I was pretty much just told to accept the loss because their security cameras are not working properly. WiFi didn’t work the entire trip, roaches under the microwave. Very very disappointing trip! Would definitely recommend makin
