Extended Stay America Select Suites- Oklahoma City - Southeast

The front desk workers are some of the best nicest workers I've ever met from a hotel!!!! The facility is nice very clean and it's just a very nice place. The only thing I wish it was the location where somewhere else it's a nice quiet area yes I like it I just was wishing it could be more south other than that extended stay America on Tinker diagonal is a very peaceful and quiet and nice hotel with great workers!!!

Old, rundown, no amenities crap-hole! I booked this based on the good reviews here. I don't know where those people stayed, but it could not have been here. Unless those reviews were paid for. The elevators, stairwell & hallways wreak of pot. My room has an old musty smell. The window unit air conditioners stuck in the wall looks like its from the 1950s. NO amenities. No tissue box. Nothing in the bathroom but 1 bar of soap. No cups or glasses of any kind. I even went and asked at the front desk for something and all she could offer was a gross coffee cup she had sitting on her counter. Doesn't even have a bedside or any kind of lamp. My only lighting is the french fry spotlight above the bed. Oh and there's a big gooey glop of what has to be mold on the smoke detector. The floor is gross

I had a terrible experience at Extended Stay America (4112 E I-240 Service Rd, OKC). After following all the rules—including never smoking inside my room—I was falsely accused by management of smoking indoors based on “ashes” which were actually from cigars I smoked outside, as confirmed by security footage. Instead of a fair process, I was threatened with a $250 fine or eviction, without proper notice or evidence. Management refused to provide documentation or review the footage despite my requests. On top of that, I discovered their so-called “registration card” with my consent was never actually signed by me—the system automatically inserted a signature line without giving me a chance to review or sign it. This deceptive practice feels fraudulent and invalidates their claims. What mad

Ashlyn and Traci we're awesome everything I needed was right there they were wonderful it was quiet I got a room that I needed and wanted got to have my cat there I got my military discount I got my tax exempt it was awesome.
