Extended Stay America Select Suites- Oklahoma City - Norman

Shae at the front desk has single handedly made this a five star experience. I’m staying here for several months while I work in the area. I’ve been here for greater than 60 days at the time, and Shae has co distantly gone above and beyond to provide for every request I have made. AND she always does it was a smile and a joyful attitude! She deserves a bonus/raise for sure. Thank you, Shae, for making me feel at home while I’m away from home

I stayed here for a few weeks, it was clean, staff was friendly. Due to covid policy's changed for housekeeping it is only upon request and I get it. The property was quiet there was one night there was a small disturbance but the staff quickly and kindly defused the situation in order to not bother other residents which I was very thankful for because it was pretty late. The GM was very helpful. They just changed to extended stay so they where a little new on there systems lol but they did great. They are now offering extended perks which is something they didn't have with woodsprings which made my day. I would definitely come back.

Shae was a great help. The services provided were excellent. The room was clean. I found the accommodations to be just what I needed for my stay. Stove, mini fridge, nice size TV, air/heat. My stay was pleasant and I will return again. Thanks for the hospitality

Hey I'll tell you exactly how it was or is staying there. Now the rooms aren't the absolute nicest around or do they have every luxury of a 5 star place , but what made meso happy was the staff. The general manager Shae is honestly amazing. For instance. My refrigerator started making a God awful sound and it was just before the front desk closed for the night that I went down and told them. The manager wasn't on duty at the time it was another employee and she politely offered to either let me switch rooms or have the maintenance guy come up first thing the next morning when he arrived. Anyways the next morning I had gone in to me job and my wife stayed at the hotel. Well the maintenance guy didn't show up for work for one reason or another. So my wife was just sitting there waiting when

Had another great stay. The room was clean and staff was friendly. If I'm in town again, I'll be sure to return.
