Extended Stay America Select Suites- Oklahoma City - Bethany

I have stayed at this location for about a month now and I must say, that I am highly impressed with changes that have been made since my last visit a few years ago. The hallways are always being cleaned. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the location is perfect being right off the highway. Lucy, Marlyn, Andrea and the rest of the staff deserve a round of applause for their dedication to excellence and service. Rest easy and look no further. Your stay hear will with out a doubt will have you filled with comfort and ease.

I've never seen a cleaning staff so into what they do, anywhere. Freindly, dedicated and conscientious.||I need a room change and as soon as a matching room was available the room change happened. They actually first gave me one of the nicest recently renovated rooms in the building. However, I needed a different room for personal reasons. The second room was nice also and fit my needs perfectly. Highly recommended...

From the minute I walked in the Extended Stay In Bethany , OK , I was impressed with the Manager and staff . The friendliness and caring personnel go above and beyond to accommodate the clients.The cleanliness in the parking lot and the entry shine. I was so impressed with the cleanliness overall. This Extended Stay is by far the best I have been to for business. The convenience of it's location to the airport and central location accessability to the major highways is a big plus. The manager was very attentive to our needs. She also went above and beyond to help by getting cold waters on a hot day. Book this Extended Stay ........ I can guarantee you will be happy you did!

If I could put zero stars I would! I checked in just late last night and as soon as I walked into the room, it had an intense mold and mildew smell. I spoke with the front desk to see if there are any accommodations they can offer, such as trying to clean it or providing a different room. The manager Luci, has the worst attitude on this planet! She has no customer service whatsoever! I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate and I hope she loses her job because that’s not how you treat somebody like that! Also, Luci had her employees working on her broken-down car in the parking lot, in the handicap spot also, in which she has no handicap sticker, taking away a spot for someone who really needs it, very professional, if you ask me. Love this hotel - very clean and friendly staff. Shane and Mark take care of your needs and Shanon and Noah are the sweetest. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Well priced and have all decent space. Bed is comfortable, Kitchenet stove top and full sized fridge with lots of cabinet space - all good for cooking and staying a while. Hot water , clean bathroom and bed. On site laundry room open 24 hours to guests. Good WiFi.
