Extended Stay America Select Suites- Nashville - Airport

Let me say the checkin desk was amazing. Alyssa was very friendly, great hospitality. The room is nice, comfy bed, several tv channels, great water pressure, etc. I had to get with the front desk about the phone not working, toilet running constantly, bathroom light completely out, and one bulb in the kitchen area out in room 217. Maintenance came to switch out the phone which now works, and is working on getting the lights and toilet fixed. Update: 930pm after being out all day. Returned to the room with the toilet still running and no lights fixed. Went to the front desk to report it again. They offered to change rooms to the 3rd floor.

Stayed here for a week wife my wife was in the hospital. The heat did not work at all. I had to use the stove top to heat the room. I talked to the front desk and the manager came up to the room and the heat / AC unit was dead. Not working at all. Manger offered me 30% refund. I booked through a third party travel site so they told me to call them and the hotel would approve the refund. I do so and was told the hotel reject it. I called the hotel back 3x and every time was told the manager was not available and he would call me back. It have been a month now and still have not received a call back or the refund. I have stay there in the past but it has gotten rough and after this experience I will never stay there again.

The hotel was very nice. The bedroom was very big and had plenty of space for your clothes. There was a full size stove and refrigerator, a microwave and if you needed any dishes or utensils all you had to do was ask for it at the front desk. The staff were very friendly. We loved the location. Easy access to everything.
