Extended Stay America Select Suites- Colorado Springs - Airport

Amazing place to stay, was in a bad situation and needed somewhere I could stay at ASAP. They got me well taken care of here and haven't stopped! Terrance the maintenance guy is great, very punctual, fast, caring and very communicative. The front desk ladies are great makes you feel boogie when you hear "it was my pleasure". All of the staff here has been incredible. Denise, Michelle, Whitney, Niki, Terry, Vicky, Terrance, Sonia, Madi all have gone out of their way to make our stay here feel special. They have been so kind and welcoming. They keep the hotel in great shape and are always willing and eager to help out any guests. They take pride in their work and are determined to satisfy every customer. We have felt safe on property and comfortable our whole time here. I also want to take a moment and remember Chris for all he did for the property here and how special he was. I may not have known him long but his impact on my life will live on just like the impact rest of the staff has had on my life. What the staff does for the community here at the hotel shows how much they love their guests and value them.

I have been staying at this Extended Stay America select sweets location in Colorado Springs for about 6 months now. I am in-between apartments, and because of the high cost of just getting into an apartment, I decided to stay with ESA. I am also able to keep my cat Mavis with me for a small fee per week. The general manager Denise and her entire staff are professional, friendly, and always there to lend a hand if you need it. This has been an extremely positive experience and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Whether it's just for a night, or an extended stay because of life situations or work. This hotel has the most enjoyable people working here. I’m staying for a few months and anything I need they are right on it. The Maintenance man Terrence is always on the job picking up other people’s garbage and fixing the rooms when they mess them up. Terrence is absolutely wonderful.
