Extended Stay America - Raleigh - Crabtree Valley

To get here is a journey. You travel down a snake hill path just to end up in pit of shameless rooms. The front desk clerk seems friendly. But that's it. No ice machine. No working soda machine. No clean refreshing water. No coffee. No continental breakfast. No cool morning crew. No No No. Staying here is a big No. But if you really need a place to stay, and your budget is low. Then maybe this might be the place for you at the moment. Just know you get what you paid for. Roaches included in all the units. Stains in the tubs. Non working stove. Tall refrigerator, No ice treys. This place must hate having ice around.

If you don’t like to smell to cigarettes this is not your place. I hate that, just because it’s a little bit cheaper I took it. I had to spend money to fix the odor, and now I have water appearing from wherever.

A Surprisingly Solid Stay at Suburban Studios Fairborn||I recently stayed at Suburban Studios Fairborn and was genuinely impressed. From the outside, you might not expect much--but inside, it's clear this property has been thoughtfully and completely overhauled.||The rooms are bright, clean, and well-equipped for longer stays. There's a full-size fridge, microwave, plenty of counter space, and more storage than I've seen in most hotels at this price point. The flooring is a wood-style material (not carpet!), which makes everything feel cleaner and more modern. And the flat-screen TV? Let's just say movie nights are well covered.||The bathroom setup is another highlight--sleek fixtures, great lighting, and enough counter space to actually lay out your stuff. The beautiful setting was a complete fake out. The room smelled (tried 3 different rooms but all subpar), had not even a small wastebasket anywhere, supposedly non-smoking but cigarette burns all along sink. We should’ve left, but we’ve been driving all day and were so tired.|The young man at the desk, tried his best showing us three rooms and being very personable, but that was not enough to make this stay enjoyable in any way.

Absolutely the worst place ever to deal with. Travelled from NZ. The plane from Dallas to Raleigh was delayed. This place was phoned and told people would arrive late. On arrival phoned the number to be told they would put us thru to someone and the phone was hung up, tryed to call back and no answer. Left on the street after midnight . Thankfully a place down the road let us stay there. Phoned in the morning to be told that our room had been given to someone else. We had booked for six nights. This is very bad service. Hopefully you don't have people that travel and this happens to them.
