Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Nashville - Vanderbilt

We stayed at this hotel primarily because of its close proximity to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, and the location was absolutely perfect for our needs. That alone made a big difference for our family. Check-in was a great start the front desk associate was incredibly friendly, helpful, and even had me laughing during the process, which was much appreciated after a long day. The room itself worked well for our family and had everything we needed for our stay. That said, the room could use a few upgrades. The pillows were very flat, and each bed only had three pillows even though they are meant to accommodate two people. Also, anything needed for the kitchenette had to be checked out from the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, this hotel served its purpose well, the staff

Worked at Vanderbilt this month as a visiting resident physician and had an awesome stay here because of the staff! When the A/C leaked, they put me in a different room in under 15 minutes with no hassle. After that, I didn’t have a single problem. ||Mrs. Angelia was there to greet me every day after work (and even had snacks :) Felt family friendly and it was very clean and tidy. I would come back 10/10 times and I highly recommend this hotel for any extended stays at a fair price.

Positive: The size of the room. Negative: The breakfast, even though only “grab and go” was lacking. No coffee available except early morning. We never really had hot water in our shower, only warm.

Everything about this place is top tier. Alex the Assistant General Manager is amazing. Mandy, Angelia, Justin & Chicago all have superb customer service! They were all so friendly and accommodating. Ms Angelia is an incredible host! She provided everything we needed. She helped with the laundry facility, towels, dishes, everything we needed. She was more than willing to help, even with a neck brace on. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. It's clean, organized, friendly, and hospitable. I can't say enough about them. Thank you all.

We were there 2/17-2/20. Service would have been a 5 star if my interactions had just been with Angelia and Iretha and a 2 or 3 had i not interacted with them at all. They were so great. Angelia especially was so enthusiastic and informed. I’m not sure if on that first day Mandy was the manager, bc heaven forbid she come from around the wall to be of assistance. When the manager Mandy (Who despite not seeing her the first day had a similar energy of who ever tiredly said “what for?” when we needed help that first day - so I could’ve just been somebody else with the same energy) emerged on day three when Iretha had a question she was annoyed and dismissive to her in front of us. Aaaaand our keys didn’t work most of the trip. No we didn’t put them by our phones. I’m sure that the job itself
