Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Asheville

This place has some of the best and most caring staff! The rooms are super clean , which is something I noticed right away. Tanisha, And her staff have been amazing! They bend over backwards to make sure people are happy here. They literally leave no room for you to be unhappy. I have NEVER received such good service at a hotel. These people treat my kids like they are their own kids! And have been so sweet! Your housekeepers and guest ambassadors are THE BEST!

Overall the room was very nice and very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the recliner was a nice surprise and also very comfortable. The only negative was the smell of the room. Even though it was non-smoking room It smelled of stale cigarette smoke and a strong air freshener sent that wasn't pleasant. Even after we got home our clothes still smelled like the room, even the clothes that we didn't wear smelled bad and had to be washed.

If you can stay anywhere else - do so. I am here do to location. My first stay i changed rooms 4 times until I found a room with a working heater. The 2nd times - no working heater and now my 3rd time same, no working heater in the room. I can go on, but 3 strikes and you’re out. Never again.

So appreciative of the staff at this Extended Stay. Donna the GM has been more than amazing with her hospitality and welcoming attitude. Bill, DJ are in tune with the residents during their stay. I highly recommend this hotel due to its location and clean facility.

It was dirty. The bathroom didn’t have tissue and the tub was DIRTY. That room was not cleaned at all. There was still stuff in the fridge and dirt specks and hair in the tub and poop stains in the toilet. Very unacceptable! Then when asked if they could clean the bathroom I was told I would have to wait until morning when a manager arrived. I immediately got a refund and went to a different hotel. When I go to a hotel I expect to be accommodated and for certain obligations to be upheld. Once my money is paid I expect the hotel to uphold their end of the bargain which this one did not. 10/10 would NOT recommend!
