Extended Stay America - Nashville - Airport - Elm Hill Pike

I stayed here only because I was displaced during the Nashville winter storm, and this was honestly one of the nastiest rooms I’ve ever seen. The room was clearly not cleaned. There was debris from previous guests, lipstick left behind, and even jewelry on the floor in front of the refrigerator. The carpet was stained and filthy, the countertops were dirty, and the refrigerator was covered in rust/grease buildup. There were also bugs inside the light fixture, and the shower backed up and wouldn’t drain properly. I reported everything to the front desk and was promised a refund, but I never received it. This place is unsanitary and should not be renting rooms in this condition. Photos attached.

Horrible! The smell in the lobby was a nice scent, but it was overpowering when you walk in the establishment. The service was NOT friendly at all. The pull out bed in the room was full of animal hair, stains and unusable. If there was ANY other place available last minute I definitely would have gone there. I didn't want my children to lay on the beds and since the sofa bed was not useable we ended up sleeping in the floor.

If I could rate the hotel a 0, I would. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We checked in around 4pm. After loading everything from the car , we rushed to get changed to get to my sister’s rehearsal dinner. We were in the hotel room for approximately 20 minutes. We returned around 10:30pm. There were cockroaches all over the room. My 2 little girls were freaking out, because they were all of the place. I quickly went to the front desk to complain. The lady at the front desk stated we would get a refund. Traveling with two young girls & an infant that was only 6 weeks old is not the easiest. We quickly went through our belongings so we could make sure no cockroaches got into any of our bags. We couldn’t get out of there soon enough. The hotel has not refunded my money. And no

Never again!!! This place was horrible!! Entering the parking lot I was disappointed. The pool that’s on the website is filled with cement and old washer/dryers are stacked almost as high as the building. Inside the lobby looked decent so that gave a little hope. Upon entering the room my husband and I were met with this awful musty scent. We immediately started to search the room to try and figure out what was going on. After opening the refrigerator we discovered food that was left from the previous guest. The bathroom omg!!! It took @ least 15 minutes to get the shower to come on. The tub was so dirty that I showered in socks. The bed was small and very uncomfortable I sat in the recliner most of the night. Overall room is clean and girl at the front desk was nice. BUT had a huge issue where they assigned us the “wrong” room and we were napping and got a call from them, was told we needed to pack up and move to another room. I understand mistakes can be made sometimes so this is not a big deal. The real issue was not even 2 minutes after we got the call to pack, management was knocking at our door repeatedly. I screamed at them to wait because we were basically in our pajamas and just woke up but they kept screaming back “HOW LONG HOW LONG” and making a bunch of noise outside. When i open the door they explained that we needed to move rooms because the room was already booked for someone else. Then they proceeded to just walk into our room and touch our stuff trying to rush us to leave. We ba
