First off less start by saying this hotel does false advertisement it does not look online how it is in person. First thing first I was here a while, It was OK at first, but the management start again horrible using Folks and didn’t want nothing but money and I haven’t seen a roach in 30 years , not only that we switched rooms twice and it still was roaches in the room. I have videos and it was people coming in our room. I have videos of that I don’t care what it is. I will never again stay here again in life and I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay here and their management is not good. You can’t find OK noone overnight. The front desk person just walks in to our room while I was at work and my girlfriend was in the room alone. No knocking or anything. Then he lies and says he was there to check the phone. That is against the law. Totally unacceptable and I am filing a lawsuit against this company.

I don't give too many 1 star reviews, but I should give an honest review or what's the point? They could easily improve their standards here. There was a heavy aroma of marijuana at the front counter area morning, afternoon and night. Our room smelled terrible, like old cooking grease and it soaked into our belongings. They just put a rag over a leaky sink pipe instead of properly fixing it or not renting this particular room out. The countertops were not wiped down and obviously dirty with hair and sticky substances. The only way they are staying in business is by having the lowest price in the area by about $7. It is not worth the $7 savings. Trust me. This is coming from a guy that calculates the cost per sheet of his paper towels.

0/10 Dead roaches all over the room, in the drawers of the kitchenette, room clearly wasn’t cleaned before it was given to us as there was dust/mold/hair lining the bathroom tub, some garbage and bits of produce left UNDER the bed, which is off the ground. Wonder if they’re such high beds because of the bugs? Whole hotel smells gross including the room. Staff didn’t apologize or say anything at all regarding the issue about the dirty room, when I went back to check out and get a refund. She also wasn’t surprised in the slightest. No way were we staying the night. You also have to use the phone to get anyone to the front desk and the WRONG number is listed so it doesn’t even work. No one is regularly at the front desk.

Staff was disrespectful, room was dirty, range was filty dirty, everything I cleaned turned the rag black. Only one staff member had a great attitude. Guest relations was very rude, hanging up on me 4 times. Wouldn't even accommodate me for the very bad service. My 4 year old even said they was rude. Wouldn't let me in my room after they locked me out to get my belongings so I can check out. I will never stay there ever again and would not recommend this hotel to my dog...
