Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North

I was working at a customer location in nearby Maple Grove for 11 consecutive days, so I needed a conveniently located hotel with larger "suites", free parking, and great onsite amenities. Embassy Suites is always at the top of my list for such times as this. This location has a nearby grocery store and some restaurant options. It is about 2 blocks from the Interstate ramps where I-94 & I-694 meet. They have "happy hour" snacks and drinks every evening. The on-site restaurant wasn't spectacular (with a minimal selection), but the food was hot, cooked correctly, and tasted good. Breakfasts have eggs and omelets made to order by FANTASTIC breakfast cooks. The rooms and common areas show their age and need a makeover, but they were clean and generally quiet. This embassy Swedes Hilton Hotel is the nicest hotel. I've been to, and this is about my second year. I've been to this one with me myself. My cousins, the same cousins that I brought last year to this hotel and my cousin's liked it a lot. 100% a lot, especially like the pool. The hot tub and he definitely liked it. The room that I had gotten and we will be back very soon next December of this year in 2026. And i'm happy that I am a hilton honors member because I Enjoy myself when I'm near the person that works at the bar. He was really nice, cool and a nice person. In the morning, chef that cooks the almond, he does a good job, cooking the right way. And he cooks him just right, and the housekeeping lady was so cool. So nice. Anytime that she knocked at my door she will ask me if I needed

We were VERY happy with our stay at Embassy Suites for our weekend getaway! The ambiance is amazing, beautiful lobby, lounge area, and dining! We took advantage of the perfectly heated hot tub! The food was the best we've EVER had in a free "hotel breakfast". The free happy hour did not disappoint!! Our bartender, IKE, was Fantastic!! Fun, personable, and took exceptional care of us all!! We were pleasantly surprised at the complimentary snacks, including veggies & dip, chips & salsa, nuts, trail mix, snack mixes, and fruits & dip!! Thank You for an amazing 39th anniversary weekend!!

We had a great experience at this hotel. We stayed one night and the room was very clean, well stocked, and it was quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything that you want in a hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and got us checked in easily. We chose this hotel because it's connected to the Heritage Center Venue where we had a wedding reception. We didn't have the complimentary breakfast but we had family members staying at the same time and they said the restaurant had amazing food. The hotel is also secure and has plenty of parking.

Positive: Restaurant on site, daily made to order breakfast. The manager's nightly special was very nice and the lobby is very nice size for gathering with friends. The host at the bar was very nice and generous. Negative: Our room was not initially clean.
