Comfort Inn Brooklyn Center

It's a cheap hotel wich convenient location. We didn't had any troubles, except there was no towels but when we led the front desk know they provided them... We had to go downstairs and pick them 😂 Breakfast the next day was good, they ran out of some items very quickly in the morning.

Stayed for 3 days for a wedding. Never received any housekeeping or fresh towels. Had to go to desk to ask for fresh towels. Pool says heated but it was ice cold. Breakfast was very minimal. After checking out we got charged an extra 35.00 on top of our bill. I called to ask why the charge and they said for damages. I inquired what damages and the stated housekeeping charged for BM on the sheet and spots on comforter. I guess eating tacos which are greasy and chocolate candy that obviously resembles BM is not allowed to be spilled on bed. I will never stay at a Comfort inn again especially this one.

The stay at the Comfort Inn was not what I expected. The hotel is in need of several repairs. There was several spiderwebs on the white decorative lattice wall between the lobby hallway and the breakfast dinner area. The elevator is in need of maintenance. I had to obtain towels from the service desk, however, the rooms were clean. The carpet requires cleaning. I took pictures of the spiders webs.

Comfort Inn Brooklyn Center 2200 Freeway Blvd, Brooklyn Park. Don’t know where to begin. Manager/supervisor or owners son. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They were arguing with guests in lobby. False advertisement, free breakfast, which was false and they had excuses as to why they did not have breakfast shortage of eggs and refrigerator was not working. No hot water, informed me because I was on sixth floor. The water will take time to reach that level and I should run the water for bit. I let the water run for 30 minutes and no hot water. They moved me to the second floor, four floors down exactly same location. Unfortunately, the water was not hot either. When I explained my unsatisfaction and wanted to depart they informed me they couldn’t refund, and I needed to contact my booking

Positive: Clean room Negative: I called & complained about someone smoking cigarettes in the hotel. Nothing was done. Then at 2 am we were woken up to the fire alarm that didn't say it was a fire alarm so we stayed put fearing it was an active shooter emergency. Disaster all around.
