Expressway Inn

On February 3rd, 2025, I had an unfortunate experience with the front desk worker, Tasha, at this Expressway Inn. A cab drove me over to the hotel around 5:00 PM that day. As soon as I got out of the cab, Tasha charged out of the office and stated that there were no rooms available for me. I understand I did call earlier, and there was no guarantee of a room being available. What was suspicious was that there were hardly any cars in the parking lot, at least not at the front building. Tasha was very abrupt with me. She stated something like, ”You didn't like it that much when you were here previously and it is worse now.” It sounded like she was strongly discouraging me from staying there for whatever reason. It was hard to understand this, considering I had been there for like 3 years and

This hotel has been good to us! Their was a plumbing issue and the water was turned off for a long period during our overnight stay. Tasha at the front desk was friendly and patient with all my concerns and questions and even gave us a complimentary stay for the next night.
