Express Inn West Memphis

Room for truck parking, very comfortable bed,didnt feel unsafe, much cleaner than expected for the price and very nice front office and owners which I thank very much for working with me on my situation. No bed bugs,clean linens and towels. 1 star off only because bathroom needed better cleaning specifically around bottom of toilet. 2 people and got the king smoking room. Plenty of hot water for shower/bath. Tv worked without any problem, room fridge worked and ac no problems. No bedbugs, clean under the bed and clean furniture, tables were clean. Lighting kinda wierd for bathroom as the same sqitch used both the bathroom light and sink area light. I didnt want to drink the water as it had a dirty color so recommend bringing your own for drinking. Would not hesitate to stay here again, wo

I had an ice chest stolen out of the back of my pickup which was backed up to my door and the cameras were facing my truck. I reported it to the office the next morning when I noticed it and they have done absolutely nothing about it, they didn't even get back with me on it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

My friend and I came here after going to the Days inn in West Memphis Arkansas and it was filthy so he came here and we're exhausted so even though it was disgusting here we stayed cuz we're too tired to go to another motel. The beds have one mattress you lift up and it's just an open frame underneath and on the floor it was filthy with what looked like black mold and other gross stuff. See pictures. The toilet had dried urine on it and there was dried urine on the floor but I cleaned it up before I thought to take a picture. In my friend's room, the smoke alarm was beeping. Room was clean and comfortable for that price. My friend was telling me that it might have bedbugs, but it was far from the case. It was very clean. There was no bugs and it was very comfortable. I enjoyed it and I’m definitely gonna come back every time I come down that way

Although the outside looks pretty bad, the room was clean. The staff seemed very nice, especially when my room key wouldn't work. Unfortunately they never delivered the towels to either room. 2 towel sets for 4 people in a room just doesn't pass. I asked for them when I checked in. I also asked about coffee but there was a miscommunication. You can only get coffee in the office, no machines in the room. I really love the blinds in the room.
