You get what you pay for. The rooms have the BARE MINIMAL meaning close to nothing. I'm glad I travel with my own towel and loofah. The first room all 3 pillow cases were dirty and there was hair and lint on the sheets, the TV didn't have a remote. I went downstairs to let the guy at the desk know, he gave me a non working remote and offered housekeeping. 30 mins to an hour later I went back downstairs let him know at this point just give me another room bc I've been sitting at a desk no TV and dirty bed I'm not laying on after a 3 hr drive. Luckily the 2nd room not only looked better but smelled better.

This was the worst experience i have ever had. I booked through the site they charged $126. I showed up at the property and they had the reservation but said no payment was made. So, we had to pay $112+$20 deposit for econo Lodge, I have sent the receipt from Econo Lodge showing how much I've already paid to econo Lodge, but Trip.Com won't give me my refund. This has been going on for 3 days. When I call Trip.Com they say my claim is expedited and I will get a call in an hour, which never happens. I will never use Trip.Com again. Customer service sucks, they just give me the run around this is the worst site ever, DO NOT USE THEM! Worst site ever to get a refund and neither TRIP.com OR Econo Lodge will refund the money. I have talked to Trip.Com and I semt the receipt from my refund niy

Visiting from out of town and came across this place. Was not allowed any visitors during my stay, they have someone at front door (only entrance and exit) screening. Had to pay $20 cash for a friend to visit. 30 min before checkout they are already loud and banging on all doors. Told them to charge another day, was tired and resting, came back 20 min later making me go sign for another night again, interrupting my sleep once again!!! Horrible Customer service!!

DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL! I don’t even know where to start. We arrived and they demanded a deposit they never returned. The staff is unbelievably rude, and they watch your every move like you’re a criminal. The towels were stained with some disgusting brown stuff, the entire room was filthy, the sheets had burns and stains, and yes—there were cockroaches. I even saw rats in the hallway! The air conditioning? Doesn’t work. They moved us to three different rooms, all equally horrible. After a long day out, we came back at 10 PM and they left us locked outside for AN HOUR with three kids because the front desk person had vanished. No A/C in the hallways, everything is open-air so mosquitoes are basically your roommates. And the smell of marijuana everywhere? Disgusting. This place is a
