The receptionist is disrespectful and lying. I made a booking online. When I came, the lady refused to accept me and said that the hotel is 100 percent booked. I went away however to find another place. Spent another hour for that, however nearby places were way too expensive. Than I came back and showed my email confirmation to the lady at the reception. And only then she accepted my booking and allowed to stay. Also she got my card details without my consent.

Positive: "" Negative: One of the rooms, the heater did not work, so they had to get me another room. Also there was quit a bit of noise from people on the second floor.

I was reading other people's reviews and my experience is way more different from the reviews. I'm staying from 11-28-2025 till 12-06-2025 and it's been a great stay with a friendly staff very honest and informative... no problems whatsoever..

I booked a room and arrived late evening. There was no clerk at the desk, but a note indicated to call a cell number. I called several times with no answer. I found the property management number and explained the situation, and asked to cancel my booking. The manager asked me to wait until the clerk arrived. The clerk was friendly and apologized. I asked to see the room, but it looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The room was dingy, with broken amenities. The clerk was planning to leave again. As an older woman traveling alone, with many young men coming and going, I did not feel safe. I told the clerk I wanted to cancel, she agreed, but the manager did not approve.

If you absolutely HAVE to stay here, put your chair under your doorknob when you get there and everytime you’re in the room. House keeping was told I was NOT dressed and didn’t need service THREE (3) times and STILL opened my door. If I did not have my chair under the handle he would have been in my room. I had to push the door shut and tell him once again “I said I’m good.” And when I approached staff about this they did not seem phased.
