Awesome hotel:) New owners took this place over about 6 months ago and this place is one of the best hotels I have stayed at and I travel all year round. We had housekeeping everyday. My favorite housekeeper was Daisy she was very thorough, anytime we needed anything front desk was super helpful. Manager was really sweet and always upbeat and positive. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the Houston area. We stayed for about a month here. You can’t help what kind of neighborhood hotels are in, but this hotel does a good job of keeping people out that shouldn’t be around and keeping a watchful eye for mischief. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We hope to see you all again sometime:) Take care!!!

This hotel is really unhygienic and dirty. They advertise the room as luxury suite on hotels.com. There was mold on the couch and the sheets were dirty. The jacuzzi was filthy. They are false advertising on hotels.com as charging a premium rate. After seeing the room condition, decided not to even spend the night here. Hotels.com has zero quality assurance and took the owners word against mine.

I was charged twice for a room! They told me they didn’t receive payment and returned the second transaction of $67. I am homeless and have been working hard to eat and have a place to stay. They took my money and acted as if they didn’t see this transaction of $100. I will not be returning here. I contacted the bank and they asked me to get a copy of the $100 being refunded or something stating no money was taken. Express Inn refused and said the $100 transaction was not real. After taking the $67, the associate said I owed $32. My balance before them was as you can see all they took from my account. $167.02.
