Above and beyond on understanding and manners I just got out of surgery and it makes going to the restroom longer process and was stuck in the restroom while they were telling me it was check out any other hotel would have just called the cops and let them deal with it but instead they were patient and they understood
Oh Google it says $45 per night but when you get here they’re telling you it’s 70 however they were better reading the rules and I was in the room with contractor workers on both sides next to me. Also they don’t have a what they say they do they don’t so don’t believe the breakfast I don’t see how they would even raise the price while this was going on. I just don’t see how they could. Even think of charging you $70.
My stay at this hotel was honestly no less than just horrible. When me and my wife walked into the first room that we booked which was supposed to be a King had random stains in the bed. So the moved us to a room with two fulls. This hotel is mainly meant for 18 year olds who want to throw a party. IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN DO NOT STAY HERE. As the next day came we went out to celebrate my birthday. When we returned to the room to relax my wife started saying her leg itched to lift the covers and find random outside bugs in the bed. Then as we started packing we realized they were in some of our shoes. When we complained with proof we were offered another room( if one has them they all have them) we did not want this we wanted to leave immediately and by this time it’s 2am. We were in th
The express inn is nowhere compared to a 3 star hotel. My first impression of this hotel was very poor. The manager came in with his pajamas to assist us. The furniture were old, wearing out , the fridge was lopsided, the microwave was rusted, no coffee machine, the room stuck of urine all the time, mosquitoes in the room, I got bitten several times by the mosquito in the room. No gym, no pool, the environment of the hotel was depressive. The staff did clean the rooms almost on a daily basis. The surroundings outside of the hotel were not kept in good condition, water in the ground from the previous rainfall , the lounge was full of used furniture. It is not a 3 star hotel, calling it a three star hotel is deceptive.
Room is INFESTED with fruit flies. The most I’ve ever seen in my life. Will fly on you and your food. Not worth it even for the price. You will not be comfortable at all. Upon entering for the first time the smell of the room was horrible. Had to buy a candle to make it somewhat pleasant. If I had the money to go somewhere else i definitely would have.
